Exercising before going out and drinking alcohol I've found alcohol to only be detrimental to my gains the day/night before working out and not such a factor after working out. Exercising cleanses your body of toxins, but minerals such as electrolytes also need to be replaced in order for the process to go full cycle. Since this is a very broad question, my opinion is that if you regularly exercise, you will see that your mind and body will be able to react to toxins more efficiently. I have been on a low carb diet for 2 days & have not lost a pound nor am I burning ketones, yet. Is this normal? That's weird, because when I search for a site on stack exchange for "nutrition" I get this beta site, which has a tag for fitness and nutrition. Is there not a nutrition site? I mean, you might as well bring the 2 together, they have very close ties. |

Abs are built in the kitchen, but what about obliques and lower abs? @RobinAshe that's rather vague. Also, I'm a web developer so "hard work" physical wise, isn't in my agenda until after work. |

Abs are built in the kitchen, but what about obliques and lower abs? Even though I don't have a background in nutrition, I do understand that there are dietary fats that actually help. Once my question opens again, I would hope for some answers regarding food selection. |
