I agree with TV Mohini. Getting bigger is about muscle development. If you do not have access to a gym, do a search on "bodyweight fitness". There is also a good reddit forum devoted to this topic.

+1. You don't get better when you exercise, you get better when you are resting between exercises.

In general, your relative body fat is what you care about; the important part is that you dropped 2%, not that you are currently at 15%.

Great answer. I knew a woman who could comfortably talk when her heartrate was 210. She had a small heart.

comment How to activate glutes on a pear?
When you are doing squats, how low are you going? You will get the best glute activation by going "Ass to grass" (ATG) - squatting all the way down. You may have to work on flexibility to do this, and make sure you use good form. I also recommend the Bulgarian split squat; that is also great at improving glute activation.

comment Work out 5 times a week, out of breath
Resting BPM isn't that useful for determining fitness level as different people have different sized hearts. I'm about your size, 20 pounds lighter, and a resting BPM of 60 would mean I'm quite out of shape.
