Is there any way I can convince companies I'm in great shape, despite my BMI results? What other data do you have? Marathon/10k times? Lift numbers? VO2 max? How can you demonstrate your being in great shape to them? |

Clicking in knee w/o pain when walking @Handprint Why I thought the last paragraph of your question was off-topic is because you haven't actually told us what your injury is, only symptoms, and we are very rarely able to diagnose an injury. Had you asked something about a specific, diagnosed injury, like "I've pulled my hamstring while doing squats. How should I return to activity?", that would be better (meta.fitness.stackexchange.com/questions/17/…). |

Clicking in knee w/o pain when walking @Handprint I don't have any more sway than other users. Discussions about scope happen at meta.fitness.stackexchange.com. |

What should I be looking for in bio monitors? What to measure depends on your goals. What are your goals? |

Should I reboot Starting Strength program, to get better results? @TCSGrad You shouldn't base your calorie intake based on what you believe is maintenance. You should base it on what is needed in order to make consistent, predictable progress on your lifts. If you're reliably adding 5lbs to your squat every time you go to the gym, there's no need to eat more. If you start plateauing, the first thing I would try is increasing your calorie intake. |

Will Musclecore x and Androsolve help bootstrap my fitness routine to lose weight? Given your goal, have you considered switching to a proper strength training plan and diet? There are many questions on this site that answer questions about losing weight and building muscle. |

Will Musclecore x and Androsolve help bootstrap my fitness routine to lose weight? 1. Check the ingredient list. 2. Probably not. 3. This site isn't well suited for giving advice about pharmaceutical products. |

Should I reboot Starting Strength program, to get better results? I agree about the irrelevance of long-term relative strength goals. As a novice, it only matters that are able to lift more each workout. |

Should I reboot Starting Strength program, to get better results? About point 2, the initial workout of Starting Strength is not the empty bar. The initial workout has you find the weight at which the bar speed starts to slow down, and then gets you to use that weight for 3 sets of 5. |

Need exercise recommendations for abs, triceps and biceps to incorporate into Stronglifts 5x5 Sorry if it seems I'm just answering questions with questions, but I believe stronglifts is a fairly well-balanced program, and deviations from it should be justified. |

Need exercise recommendations for abs, triceps and biceps to incorporate into Stronglifts 5x5 How are bench and overhead insufficient for triceps? How are pull-ups/chin-ups/rows insufficient for biceps? Have you started to plateau on your main lifts? Your abs will get stronger in proportion your need for their stability as you progress on your main lifts. |
