@Jeyanthan Thanks for the comment. They should be good now as we used to have videos available on our website; however, now the videos are only available on our YouTube channel GetFitChimp. Enjoy!

comment Should I eat before a workout or just during the day
@srijan As you already know that moderation is key. However, regular milk contains a larger amount of sugar than organic or almond. That's all.

comment Why does CrossFit use Kipping Pull-ups?
For some reason, it has always been a little harder to communicate with Crossfitters. It's not just me, but my colleagues and friends.

This is a great tip, but I also have to find a way to voice my medical professional opinion as they are my patients right?

+1 It's so much easier to lose weight by eating less than exercising more.

comment How to exercise muscles that are prone to strains?
Yes! Start out with the single leg matrix reach, then from now on, try eccentric stiff-legged deadlift and eccentric single leg stiff-legged deadlift by going down slower then usual.

comment Are there such thing as best exercises for weightlifting?
Thanks for an awesome and very clear answer. I supposed if I were to just hit the weights for 20 minutes 3 days per week, and the main goal is to just build some strength and muscle mass, then I would definitely try to hit as many compound lifts as possible. I agree with you regarding the specific exercises and specific workouts are best only for specific goals. Thanks again!

comment Weights and plantar fasciitis
@JohnP Currently, there is no evidence saying that squatting or calf raises will exacerbate PF as stated in the article. Also, I thought I already addressed the question by saying, "your physical therapist should be able to recommend you on what exercises or activities you can and cannot do in the meantime." Thanks!

@MartyWallace You have to do more than just forcing your knees straight while standing on the train. Please see my latest (edited) answer.

comment Is it necessary to warm up before doing a modest number of push ups?
If you are doing push-ups first thing in the morning right after you get our of bed, then the answer is absolutely yes. The warm-up could be jumping jacks. However, if you are doing push-ups during the day (after you showered and already at work, etc.), then the answer is not necessary.

comment Half pull up for the Lats
@Geek You may want to start adding exercises that will isolate your scapulae a little more. For example, you can try 3 sets of 15-20 reps (3-5 lbs) of Stability Ball Prone T's and Y's. Try to focus on squeezing your scapulaes together, instead of trying to lift your arms up higher. I treat lots of overhead athletes, and this is a very common problem that I see. You also should try the push-up plus to strengthen your Sarratus Anterior as this is one of the most important scapulae stabilizer muscles. Hope this helps!

@zero-divisor Let me edit my anwer to clarify this situation. I did read over your questions like 20 times. Maybe I'm looking into this question too deep. Lol!

comment Why is the single leg deadlift stiff-legged?
@zero-divisor You are correct regarding the paper. The paper is to prove the muscle recruitment when doing stiff-legged deadlifts. With this evidence, I thought I also gave you my reasoning for the "single leg exercises to include single leg stiff-legged deadlift. Please let me know if I'm not understanding your questions.
