Going to compete 5km outdoor breaststroke I'm at 3 times a swim per week now, did 2km yesterday in sets of 12 times 6(25m) + 1 time 8. This in 1hour 15 minutes. What I was wondering, I keep my mouth open while swimming under water. Is this good practise in open water? |
