comment BodyBuilding - Plateau and a new Workout Plan - Intermediate - Advanced
One important thing I havn't asked you yet. I'm just preapring my spreadsheet for the next week and I'm not sure how much days I should workout per week. Did you mean that I should train 3 days in a row and then rest one day and then again three days in a row? I'm afraid to do so because that's what I did last time and hited plateu - altought my workouts were much longer and high intensity. If I trained 3-4 days per week is it still okay? I want to have a day off between each workout altought I divide it to different muscles group.

Thank you once again. I will buy this book to learn about the big-15, seems interesting (I might use it in the future). For the 90% load, I will try to avoid it for this session, try for 2 months the program I indicated in the previous post and hope that after 2 months I will increase my size and also my 1rm. I'm just about to buy some books and I'm so excited to learn so much new stuff. I'm going to buy one basic book of Arnold, one or two of the peridioilization method, the one you told me and maybe Starting Strength as I feel it might contribute alot to my BodyBuilding knowldege.

Also can you give me a link containing a full program of the "Big-15" if you know any. I mean something that includes day split, exercies and deep explanation on this method. I couldn't find something good in google. I want to understand what is big. what is small. and the overall idea of this program. Thank you!
