Great link @wdypdx22. Here's more on the topic by Eric Cressey. In the "Best of 2010" he has a 4-part series on "Correcting Bad Posture". Love that guy.

I had both arm rests removed in my office chair coz I lean a lot and my elbows actually got sore from it. I also needed them removed to fit my legs under the keyboard tray. It took a while getting used to not having the security there. I kept feeling like I was going to fall off my seat as I sat. But removing the arm rests were definitely great for my posture since I couldn't lean anymore. Perhaps consider getting the arm rests removed? Does your office have an Ergonomics Team? You might want to have them look at your set-up - get some cool new toys ;)

There have been many studies to see if a certain intake of red meat causes a deterioration in overall health. "Red and processed meat intakes were assoc. with modest increases in total mortality, cancer mortality, and cardiovascular disease mortality." Though correlation does not imply causation, I don't think it hurts to cut back esp processed meat.

comment Dancing and the core
Nice then the rest is all dance technique: your frame, proper foot work (where you shift your weight), and spotting (focusing on a target). But maintaining a tight core will def. help you keep your frame during spins and turns. See this vid for fundamentals.

comment strengthing and improving flexibility in heels
Glad you aren't in any pain. I'm personally not a fan of the leg press as it's an unnatural motion. When do you find yourself on your back pushing something away with your feet? That machine isolates the quads, hams, glutes, and calves. I don't think you'd feel the stretch you need using it since the flat platform prevents the heel from stretching. Sometimes there are steps on other stations. I've seen steps on a bench press station where the spotter stands and sometimes the incline bench stations have a step that you could do the calf raises on with dumbbells.
