comment Right weight for lifting?
I have many times quoted papers (In other answers) stating that a rep range between 8-12 is the ultimate for building muscle. And building muscle and losing weight go hand in hand as muscle gain will accelerate fat loss.

comment Anything I can do to keep the muscles look tight after finish training?
Going under 8% for a man, not using enhancers, is almost impossible. Considering 4%-6% is Bodybuilding competition level this is way to extreme. Most fit guys you see on TV will have between 10%-12%.

comment I think I've hit a Plateau
Actually it's not. In its most basic form, if the goal is to lose weight, there is nothing more. There are even studies where people lived on twinkies for 30 days and lost weight. Very unjust down vote IMHO.
