What are some good alternative shoes for strength training? dropping weight on any kind of shoes that aren't boots is going to hurt, so I wouldn't count that against the vibrams (this is coming from someone who lifts in socks). |

How serious are the dangers to rapid weight loss? As long as you don't feel like you are starving yourself you should be OK. As you further approach your goal your rate of weight loss will slow down and you will need to decrease intake or increase activity (or both) |

Is it better to start exercising with a program/dvd or running/walking/etc? +1 describing your goals is an (often overlooked) important step in attaining them. |

How to incorporate cardio in to a barbell routine? What are your goals of your routine? It sounds like you are doing a variation of Starting Strength, which has the main goal of increasing muscle mass and strength. Extensive cardio will work against that goal. Supersetting is a possibility |

neck pain vs. head orientation I would recommend exactly what you suggested in your comment. Put one monitor with your 'main content' directly in front of you with the peripheral windows off to the side on the other monitor. This is my setup and it works great, although my monitors are considerably smaller. |
