What is the effective weight when doing push-ups? @DaveLiepmann Thanks! Since I can't edit, I've reposted the comment: There's probably a percentage range of your body weight. It seems the magic numbers are: 60-75% of your body weight. bit.ly/cJ6stG and bit.ly/O6p84v |

Running, muscle soreness, what to do ? Also note that you may want to supplement your running with some exercises to strengthen your legs: squats, lunges, etc. |

Sport that is less stressful to knees? Wouldn't singles tennis be terrible on the knees? I could see doubles though. |

Constantly feeling tired despite sufficient sleep and regular exercises. Don't forget diet in the "big three" principles to good health: Diet + Exercise + Sleep. Is there ANY time you feel rested? i.e. A 3-day weekend, sleeping until 11am or 12pm? Or do you feel tired 7 days a week? Without knowing these answers I'd guess - stress (job?), mental disorder (depression?), or physical disorder. |

What hydration system should I use for multiple activities? Seems like Deuter is among the top brands along with Camelbak. Check out this round-up, galttech.com/research/sports/best-hydration-pack.php |
