Should I do more reps or take more rest? Something like that, like how many squats or push ups do you generally perform. Or how much weight you use for a 'standard' exercise that makes it easier for others to estimate your fitness level |

Should I do more reps or take more rest? Hi @howardh, your question is a little vague. For example, how often would you intend to repeat your exercise if I told to you didn't need rest? Obviously some rest is required, but you're trying to optimize how much. Well that depends on how fit you are, what kind of workouts you do right now and what your goals are. So please add a bit more context, so we can help you better! |

Proper running form - landing on balls of feet? I don't think there's a one size fits all answer to this question and without analyzing your gait, I probably couldn't give very specific advice either. |

What is the exercise called that works your and inner thighs while on your back? I bet that if the question had included such an awesome GIF, there would be a lot less discussion. Nice find |

How to count laps while swimming? That would mean I'd have to 'stop' and move the object every 2nd lap, killing my turning point. But having something to count with definitely helps |

What to do after the R4FL training program? You could have a look at the programs MiCoach generates, then manually copy them into Runkeeper. Unless you run without a heart rate monitor, in which case you could switch to MiCoach entirely. |

Is it worth getting measured for running shoes? Those terms look really reasonable. Glad you found an honest business :-) Also, be sure to come back if you have any other running related questions! |
