comment Spreading workout into two
Also don't split up the cardio to anything shorter than half an hour, your body needs time to get the real fat burning going. So if your keen on doing two workouts, make sure not to skimp on the cardio!

comment Will I effectively lose weight only by running? Is it better than doing full body workout?
Not everybody wants to look like a body builder ;-) Besides you can loose weight and still not be slender or athletic. I think it's better to loose some weight first and get into better shape, before doing additional workouts. But in the end it's all down to preferences

comment Exercises for a programmer sitting by the PC all day
I can totally agree with the effects our pose has on our posture and muscles, so a little stretching to maintain a healthy ROM is a good advice!

comment Do you need to “feel the burn” to become stronger?
It might be advisable to explain what you mean by "breaking down muscle tissue", because I understand you don't actually mean breaking stuff, but others might conceive that a tad more literally.

comment Cold Bath After Training - Recovery Techniques
While true @Andrew, just because it works for him doesn't mean it works for everyone :-) But if it has a positive influence on his self-esteem or just makes him feel great, that might be more important than the actual physiological effects

Everything with images in it looks so much more credible, don't you think @Greg? ;-) +1 for explaining things!

For those who are brave enough, here's a master thesis by Lynne Algar that extensively reviews the topic as well

comment What is “obese”?
While I agree with most of the comments and answers pointing out extremely muscular people should not trust on their BMI (alone) to decide if they are considered obese. However, if you're not extremely muscular, a BMI is above 35 or worse 40, is a very strong indicator that you are indeed obese.

Also good to point out is that BMI is about as accurate as a bioelectrical impedance meter. With an error range between about 4.5-6.5% which indeed would equate to about 4kg in your case! :-)

comment Any suggestions on dealing with a longer-term shoulder injury?
The problem with recommending you specific workouts is that your injury is caused by trauma, not by overuse and/or wrong training. So without knowing specifically what muscles, tendons or other structures are affected, I can't really recommend you anything. Though everyone should strive for a balanced workout, that normally would help prevent injuries in healthy people.

While the t-nation articles give excellent advice, I would advice you to summarize a top five in your own words, so people know what to expect from the links.
