How much protein and how often should I consume if my LBM is very low? This answer sounds good. Let me just note that I know that proper carbohydrates/fats balance is required and that I need to consume carbohydrates so that my body has the required energy to repair muscle, I also know the rough values. That's why I decided to skip it in this thread - so that this doesn't become the "protein:carbs:fats ratio war", etc. |

How much protein and how often should I consume if my LBM is very low? @DaveLiepmann: basically, maybe. I was also trying to point out that all the recommendations online are written for bigger, heavier, fatter people. Bodybuilders weighing more than 200 pounds, heck, sometimes even 250 - 300 pounds. That's double my weight and I doubt the protein intake is dependent linearly solely on the weight. I think there's more to it and that's why I'm asking here. |

How much protein and how often should I consume if my LBM is very low? I got the fat percentage value from our local hospital, measured with a caliper test. Remember I don't have much muscle, so I don't look like the examples you posted. The recommended rules are basically "all over google", I can go over it again and cite them. I didn't make them up. |

How many sets per muscle? -1: This huge wall of text you've provided here isn't very informative (I think OP knows he has to train hard to grow). You have targeted the real problem (diet) by saying only "take a good hard look at your diet (are you eating enough?)". Eating enough of what? Pre-cooked rice? |
