Noticing a Lack of Iron In My Diet I have added 2 fried eggs daily since hitting a more bulking-esque phase. So about 7-10 eggs daily, 2 with yolk. |

Noticing a Lack of Iron In My Diet Thanks for the input. I don't really understand what the percentage represents, but your brief but informative answer has given me the basic knowledge I need approach my iron considerations in the future. |

Noticing a Lack of Iron In My Diet I don't know. The program just gives me a percentage and it was always below 100%. Protein comes from whey, chicken and egg whites. |

Should you not work out within an hour of waking up? About 'warming-up': stretching before any exercise can increase the risk of injury, but dynamic and limited motions like jumping jacks are harmless. |

What exercises can I do to recover my left hand's grip strength? More on the tennis elbow: I was getting it super-bad while bouldering and was only able to alleviate it by doing these types of exercises and focusing on the concentric motion. The problem seems to stem from the inabalance of muscle strength between the concentric and eccentric motions, and most common exercise and exertion of the forearms focus on the eccentric motions of the outer muscle group (the other side from where the big bulge forms when bending your wrist downwards when holding your arm out straight) |

What exercises can I do to recover my left hand's grip strength? This is extra-goodness for anyone with tennis elbow (focus on the motion where you twist backwards); I personally prefer devices that have you wind-up a rope with a weight attached, like this dickssportinggoods.com/product/…, but the suggested device is nice alternative because of its portability. |

Should I take days off from working out - regardless of what my workout schedule is? Nor does it equal 4 sets of heavy lifting squats. High intensity is something most of us can't mentally achieve on a regular basis. I had high intensity days where I'd throw up during my lifts but those aren't sustainable: on the other hand lifting everyday is. |

Should I take days off from working out - regardless of what my workout schedule is? That's actually not what he is saying. High intensity is something I rarely see anyone in the gym achieve. High intensity != 10 sets of bicep curls with a heart rate steadily at 120 during the sets |

How can I stop sweaty hands? Rock climber here: even just talking about this makes my palms sweat. If you just started noticing the sweaty hands since rock climbing, I wouldn't worry about it. Most my rock climbing friends have similar issues. |

Pros and Cons of the Tunturi R25 Magnetic Rowing Machine The only thing that matters to you it seems is getting higher resistance. My experience with magnetic rowers has been ususally disappointing, and I would wonder exactly how much one would cost that would provide the type of resistance you are looking for. You should really try a more specific forum, maybe look for a rowing-related google group or something. |

Should I take days off from working out - regardless of what my workout schedule is? @Sancho I know what routine you are speaking about and I have done 5x5 and all sorts of variation. I've gotten up to doing 60+ lb weighted pull ups using such routines. However, my current believe is you can still exercise those same muscle groups on off days but using different techniques and focus. For instance, for bench I'll do 3x5 in the morning then 1x25 in the afternoon, and the next day I'll do 2x12 in the morning and then in the afternoon. Key here is fluctuating. I agree you can't 3x5 effectively everyday, but that doesn't mean you can't still work out that same group. |

Can I do push ups every day? @Phil Quinn: rest days are the primary reason people are unhappy with their results. They misunderstand when and why they should be resting. |

Should I take days off from working out - regardless of what my workout schedule is? oh, and I do abs intermittently. Trying to get back into doing ab ripper x, but meh. until i start cutting weight (by upping my cardio and reducing my yum yum intake) I think ab-centric exercises are a waste of time. |

Dietary Concern: Top Round Steak I have started back up on RTD 51's, so I sorta failed to kick the liquid protein, however I am still consuming .75 lbs of meat a day, and so far so good. |
