I'm a quantitative analyst working on credit risk modeling at PNC Financial Services. I earned my PhD doing computational neuroscience, working with decision making processes and investigating functional connectivity between different parts of the human brain. Thanks for the detailed writeup. Regarding the 3-day split, I'm still worried that doing biceps (for example) only once a week is too infrequent to build mass. I know lots of people do this, I'm just thinking about this chart and wondering whether its too infrequent.

@samuelandrew This isn't the sort of thing you'll be able to "feel", this is about the underlying physiology. The general rule is 2-3 days for most muscles.
