I just bought the Body Analyzer scale from mylifeshop and it gives readings of body fat(<14%), water weight(68%), bone density(7lbs), and muscle mass(63%).

I'd say the readings were pretty accurate except my muscle mass %. I did some looking online because I didn't know what that value meant and most of what I found was that at around 40%, you're an athlete.

What does muscle mass % mean?

I'm 5'9 male 150lbs, 28 years old. I do body-weight training and eat well. I look decent but by no means do my muscles look huge or bigger than proportion.

Looking for some clarity on what muscle mass% means and how these

It means you've been had. Those scales can't predict anything with meaningful accuracy – Raditz_35 May 28 '18 at 18:36
