In this pandemic time, I am looking for a way to improve my physical shape. I am 40, and my weight was 135 kilos 3 years ago. I lost 25 kilos, but I am slowly gaining weight again (I got 10 kilos in the last three months). When I was 30 I was a professional judoka, and my shape was good.

I have tried several diets, but I cannot keep up... I am too hungry. I started also jogging, but it is not helping me because after the training I am too hungry... I crave for sugars, so it's a vicious circle. I also used to train weightlifting. Can anyone suggest me:

  • How to control this hunger feeling after the training?
  • Currently, I am jogging using an app (Huawei health) which implement several programs -- can you suggest me any bodybuilding program to do home?

  • Eat if you're hungry. I'd recommend high protein meals. They're more satiating than sugary meals so you should be able to keep calories in check. Food after training is very important for muscle growth and recovery.
