I'm recently getting back into the gym after a long layoff.
I've found that my whole body, especially my legs, has a lot of tightness and trigger points going on. This will no doubt be because of how sedentary my 2020 has been, and my diet probably hasn't helped matters.
I've been trying to get into a daily stretching routine at home but I struggle to find motivation for it.
But if I can stick to the gym around 4–5 times per week, with a good stretching session after each session, would that help my flexibility more than just stretching on it's own would?
My routine is mostly weight training at the minute, consisting mostly of standard compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, DB presses, rows etc.
