I do this sometimes, especially when my vertigo and high blood pressure don't annoy me, I walk in the morning for 4-14km, and I do YAYOG body weight exercise at night, ex: 100 push-ups, 50 bear walks, 10 curls, 50 seated dips in, I don't do them all at once, it's usually 2 sets of ladders + my own combinations. And I've never felt any better when I do this compared to lesser workout. Note: I don't intend to lose weight either and I gain muscle strength from this.
I thought it's really good to do aerobic and anaerobic workout every day as long as we're healthy and strong to do so? For me, I can even workout 5 times a week when I'm healthy and strong to do that because I believe my sleep is my rest. Note: my daily work doesn't need me to do physical activities like a labor.
+1 upvote for I like your clear enlightening explanation, thanks! I lost 37kg this past year, so that needs about 8kg more additional weight to answer this Question, not to mention I can't explain as good as yours unless I allocate much more time to put my diet practice into words. What I remember is I only use corn oil to eat fried food twice a week maximum, each serving only 1-2 tea spoon. Now I can add some of your recipe to my recipe to try. I just love varieties.
