Oct 6, 2013 at 16:40 comment added Dave Liepmann Do you have video or a picture of how you rack the bar? A form check is called for. You might just have a very tight shoulder that is aggravated by holding the bar. This isn't uncommon with the low bar back squat. You could consider a high bar squat.
