The goal here is not to be like Russ and you never will but if you can make it to be 40% 50% athletic like him you can do great in your volleyball games | |

And for you saying that following Russ's workout is a waste of time: I ve been working out in training camps with different athletes weighlifters, judo, Ju-jitsu wrestlers, boxers, football players when I was playing rugby and believe me each routine gave me different feel of my muscles and was beneficial. | |

His ability is probably 95% due to having favourable genetics, and so for any normal person, following his training program is likely to be a waste of time. | |
