Oct 14, 2019 at 8:52 comment added LML "Some need 5"-Sleeping that little will have health consequences that you may not notice at first. Those can range from increased reaction timing to increased blood pressure and a whole range of other things that will lead to damage to your body over an extended period. Just because you get used to them, doesn't mean they don't exist and aren't a harm to yourself and people around you (for example while driving). Especially when working out your body needs extra time to heal, so even the usual minimum sleep of 7 hours may increase academic.oup.com/sleep/article/41/12/zsy182/5096067

I've just read an interesting article + comments on this matter this morning. news.ycombinator.com/item?id=21205021 (link to article is at the top of that page)
Oct 11, 2019 at 9:58 comment added Faiz Hameed yes but after sleeping for 6 hrs I feel complete. I get up automatically. I feel rested. 22:30 to 5:00 is my normal sleep time.
