Keep in mind that this site measures your strength level, so I would start by doing no more than 5reps per set. A LP program that I've run for more than 2 years and that helped gain strength is Nsuns. Always have a spotter when attempting heavier sets though. | |

By realizing that, you will also get the answer to if you hit a plateau or not. In simple terms, if your strengthlevel is ~4stars or above, it's a plateau that you can only overcome by keep grinding for years (assuming you are drug-free). | |
