Dec 18, 2012 at 1:17 comment added jontyc More minimising than eliminating, so I don't mind if they're a secondary muscle worked, or like deadlifts, there's such a back benefit I don't mind too much that they're strong on the legs too. Yes, I'd like to squat less and I'm only doing one deadlifting workset a week, hence looking for replacements.
