I was doing 12 pullups at a bodyweight of 185, and dumbbell bench pressing a pair of 60lbs dumbbells. Admittedly, not the best numbers here. But I didn't feel like strength was the limiting factor for heavier weights on my rotation exercises, it was the elbow. | |
