I started slow and weight loss seemed almost impossible. But then I made small small changes and stuck to them. Starting something is the most difficult thing, but as we persevere and progress, we are rewarded with results.These small results slowly snowball into exponential and before we know it we are much nearer to the target!! :-) | |
