Specifically for one-size-fits-all solutions like "8-15 reps will make you grow more than 1-5 reps". It's a bit of a bold claim, is it not? If 8-15 is simply better, why do people still use 1-5? | |

I didn't downvote, but I would guess that the downvote is because you make the claim that 8-15 reps is outright more effective than 1-5, without providing any sources that back up this claim. A quality answer would ideally provide further reading than just a one-size-fits-all solution (which simply doesn't exist). | |
