I can not just hold my palms to fix my shoulders, I have to do regular exercise and be patient - I was just not sure if there can be a problem that PREVENTS ME to gain strength in my back muscles. Therefore I asked about the palms. Because I hold mouse 8 hours a day. But yes, the truth is that I do not exercise regurarly, and that might be the problem. | |
